"We had been toying with the idea of a major remodel for many years. We'd researched and reviewed many proposals, in the end we chose May Construction for a couple reasons.

First, we had watched two other major remodels that May Construction performed for our neighbors several years prior to ours. Both neighbors were satisfied with the quality and customer service they'd received from Greg May and his crew.

Second, we were impressed with how closely the architect and contractor worked with one another to bring our vision to life, there were no surprises!!

In addition, we were pleased with the attention to safety. Even though our remodel was major, the crew made sure to take their time and insured the construction site was clean and safe every day prior to wrapping it up.

Finally, the transformation of our house was amazing. We are very pleased with the end result, it's everything we hoped for and more."

"May Construction did our whole house remodel, and they were wonderful to work with. From the initial planning stages all our choices were explained clearly with the associated costs so that we could decide what changes we wanted to make to the house. Our contract was very detailed in what work was to be done and all the changes that we decided to make and their costs during the project were clearly defined; there were no surprises when the bill came.

The May Construction crews were on time, were nice to have in the house, and cleaned up before they left everyday; these were all especially important since we lived in the house during the remodel. They came to work everyday until the end of the project, and if one member of the team was away on vacation I was sure who would be covering for them while they were gone. Our beautiful new home was completed on time and on budget. We heartily recommend May Construction, we had a great experience with them."

"From our initial meeting, we found everyone to be knowledgeable, courteous, proactive and willing to take the extra step to make sure all of our questions had been addressed.

At the same time, we were also talking with a larger construction company. Whereas Greg May came to our home and saw what we needed to do, most of our meetings with the other company took place at their offices.

The result was a remodel that we were delighted with and impressed every one of our friends who has seen it. The craftsmanship is superb and we still can't believe how well it turned out.

"It was the right decision for us to select you, May Construction, as our contractor for remodeling our entire home 3 years ago. We had a good experience with the remodeling process through our relationship with May Construction. From the start to the finish of the project, May Construction had shown their dedication and professionalism in many ways. Throughout the construction, we were constantly updated of the project's progress. When deliveries of products like tiles or lightings did not appear to be right, we were immediately informed; thus, actions were quickly taken to avoid time loss. Any large projects like our remodeling will of course be running into some issues at times; but with May Construction, our issues were minimized because of the way your staff handled them smoothly and professionally.

During our selection process to find a contractor, May Construction was the only one of the three contractors we interviewed who took the time to look at our design plans carefully and reviewed it with us and our architect. It gave us a comfortable feeling that we can entrust you with our home remodeling. We would also like to mention the details of accounting and invoices that Debbie supplied to us during the construction. They were tremendously helpful for the supported documentation of our construction loan distributions. You made the process simple and manageable.

Even after the project was completed, a year later when the hot/cold water dispenser broke, May Construction immediately sent out someone to replace and install a new unit. The damaged hardwood floor area around the sink was also fixed without charges. What a great customer service! There is no doubt May Construction Inc. will be contacted if we ever have other remodeling projects."
